Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless Pork Chops
  • 3 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tsp Ground Mustard
  • 8 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 3 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil

Instructions

In a small bowl, combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, ground mustard, onion powder, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.

Preheat air fryer to 420ºF for at least 5 minutes.

Pat pork chops dry with a paper towel.

Drizzle cooking oil over top of pork chops on cutting board, then add seasoning mixture. Rub the pork chop until they are well coated in oil and spice mix.

Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket and cook for 7 minutes. Flip and cook for another 8 minutes.

Use a meat thermometer to make sure the internal temperature has reached 145ºF, and if not, cook for 1-2 minutes longer.

Remove from air fryer and rest for 3 minutes.

Serve with your favorite side. We suggest mashed potatoes and green beans.
