Ingredients

  • Pork Chops
    • 4 Boneless New York Style Pork Chops
    • 1 tsp Paprika
    • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 1 tsp Pepper
    • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • Mushroom Sauce
    • 2 Tbsp Butter
    • 8 oz Cremini Mushrooms
    • 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
    • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
    • 1 C Heavy Cream
    • 1/2 C Chicken Broth
    • 2 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley
    • Salt & Pepper To Taste

Instructions

  1. Start by combining the paprika, and garlic powder in a small bowl for a homemade spice mix. Then, pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
  2. Coat the pork chops generously with olive oil. Then, season the pieces of pork with salt and pepper to taste on each side.
  3. Once that is done, season generously with the homemade spice mix.
  4. Air fry the pork chops at 380 degrees F for 5–10 minutes until reaching an internal temperature of 145–160 degrees F with a 3-minute rest. Note, this cook time will depend on whether your chops are boneless vs. bone-in, and their size and thickness.
  5. While the pork chops cook, start sauce: In a cast iron skillet, melt the 2 tbsp. butter and cook the mushrooms over medium-high heat until nicely seared and golden brown.
  6. Add garlic, fresh parsley, and Italian seasoning once the mushrooms are finished. Stir well and let it cook over medium heat for an additional minute or so.
  7. After the spices have cooked for a bit, add in the chicken broth and stir to combine. Next, add heavy cream, stir, and let simmer until the mushroom sauce thickens slightly.
  8. Plate cooked air-fried pork chops and top with a generous spoonful of creamy mushroom sauce. Serve extra sauce on the side, if desired, or use it to top a baked potato or green beans for a yummy side.
