Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless Pork Chops
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (10.5 oz can)
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 pkg Ranch Seasoning

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Spray 9x9 baking dish with cooking spray.

Place pork chops in bottom of baking dish in single layer.

In a medium bowl, stir to combine Cream of Mushroom Soup, Sour Cream, and Ranch Seasoning.

Pour the mixture over the pork chops and spread evenly to cover pork chops.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.

Serve over egg noodles, mashed potatoes, or rice.
