Pork Certificates
A Gift Made Possible by America’s Pork Producers
Pork has made remarkable strides. Thanks to the dedication of America’s pork producers, the product is 31 percent leaner than it was 20 years ago. Pork producers strive to meet the needs of their customers. That’s why they have taken proactive steps to ensure their genetic choices and management practices provide consumers a safe, wholesome, nutritious product – EVERY time!
An Extremely Versatile Gift
Pork is an exceptionally versatile meat. So whether you use your gift check to purchase a cut from the meat case, or choose to have a local chef at your favorite restaurant do the work, you can enjoy the worlds perfect pork marinated, dry-rubbed, roasted, microwaved, grilled, skewered, pan-fried, stir-fried, broiled, barbecued or baked. Now that’s a versatile gift!
How to Redeem Your Pork Gift Certificate
These gift checks look and redeem just like a check; use them anywhere pork is sold – a restaurant, supermarket, or even your local butcher.
- Choose a fresh pork cut or prepared pork entree. Make the check payable to the business, and present the check for payment of your purchase. If your selection costs more than the amount of the pork gift check, you can pay the difference with cash, check, or if accepted by the business, a credit card.
- Because a pork gift check is an official bank draft, it cashes just like a personal or business check from the merchant, and it is guaranteed by the South Dakota Pork Producers Council for six months from the date issued.
Pork Gift Certificates, available only from SDPPC, can be purchased in any denomination. To place an order simply fill out the form below or call (800) 830-PORK and someone will be in contact with you.
